Shipping policy

Pilgrim Clothing Company has a store wide $12.95 flat rate shipping for Australian domestic orders, and $19.95 NZD for International New zealand orders, on any total product spend under $199 (AUD/NZD).

For all purchases $199 (AUD/NZD) and over, shipping is complementary. 

Our team ensures that your online orders are fufilled as quickly as possible.

Items are sent via Australia Post, with trackable information provided on dispatch. It is your responsiblity to ensure that address detail provided is correct. 

Postage costs for returning items 

For a refund, or exchange, postage will be the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is deemed faulty by our team). We will always suggest using a tracked postal service so you will be able to track your return parcel and in the unlikely event that your return is lost in transit, we will be able to investigate with your courier of choice.
